6 Simple Ways to Develop the Positive Attitude

Positive thinking is a mental and emotional attitude that focuses on the bright side of the life and expects positive results. A person with a positive mindset hopes for prosperity, health and success and believes that he can overcome any obstacle and difficulty. Positive thinking is not a concept that everyone believes in and follows. Some call it nonsense and make fun of those who follow it.  However, there are many people who accept positive thinking as a fact and believe in its effectiveness. This topic is gaining popularity nowadays and people are being made aware of it through many modes like books, lectures and courses but in order to use it in your life; you need to be aware of its presence in every work. There is a need to adopt a positive attitude. Positive Thinking is the idea that you can change your life by thinking positively about things. It is a problem for many people who believe that positive thinking alone will not change the world and therefore do not adopt this idea at all. However, research shows that positive thinking actually has a scientific basis. You can’t change the world, but you can change how you feel and react to it, and it can change the way you feel about yourself and others resulting in your well-being, and it can have a huge impact on us.


Now we know what positive thinking is. Let’s learn how can we enable positive thinking in ourselves: –

1. Believing in yourself: – The most important thing for a positive attitude is: – Believing in yourself. Make a list of your good qualities and believe in them. Never compare yourself with anyone because everyone here is unique in their own.
2. Don’t be a Complainant: – If time brings a challenge to you, never complain about the situation, but find a solution by adapting yourself to that time and solve it, if you are negative at that time and corner to your situations. You can never find positive solution to the problem.
3. Learn to relax: – Give yourself some time every day. Learn to relax yourself by taking some time out from the rush of life.  Mental as well as physical fitness is very important for a positive attitude.
4. Encourage your morale: – Always keep your morale high and believe in yourself that you can fight with any problem and keep boosting your morale with recalling your own achievements in the past. Share your achievements with a friend because praise is a good booster to keep your morale high.
5. Learn to use nerves and stress in a positive way: – When we are nervous, the body releases a hormone called adrenaline which makes us feel more alerted and think logically. We can use this hormone for good effects. For example: – it enables you to think with more enthusiasm and intensity.
6. Be stubborn: – If you know that you are doing something good and right then complete the task by being stubborn and do not put pressure on others to stand by you.

 सकारात्मक सोच एक मानसिक और भावनात्मक दृष्टिकोण है जो जीवन के उज्ज्वल पक्ष पर केंद्रित है और सकारात्मक परिणामों की अपेक्षा करता है।  सकारात्मक मानसिकता वाला व्यक्ति समृद्धि, स्वास्थ्य और सफलता की उम्मीद करता है और मानता है कि वह किसी भी बाधा और कठिनाई को दूर कर सकता है।सकारात्मक सोच एक अवधारणा नहीं है जिसे हर कोई मानता है और उसका अनुसरण करता है। कुछ लोग इसे बकवास कहते हैं और इसका अनुसरण करने वालों का मजाक बनाते हैं; हालांकि, कई लोग हैं जो सकारात्मक सोच को एक तथ्य के रूप में स्वीकार करते हैं और इसकी प्रभावशीलता पर विश्वास करते हैं। यह विषय आजकल लोकप्रियता प्राप्त कर रहा है और कई पुस्तकों, व्याख्यानों और पाठ्यक्रमों के माध्यम से लोगों को इसके बारे में जागरूक किया जा रहा है लेकिन इसे अपने जीवन में उपयोग करने के लिए आपको हर काम में इसकी उपस्थिति के बारे में पता होना चाहिए। इसके लिए आपको सकारात्मक सोच वाला रवैया अपनाने की जरूरत है। सकरात्मक सोच वह विचार है जिससे आप चीजों के बारे में पॉजिटिव सोचकर अपनी जिंदगी बदल सकते हैं। यह कई लोगों के लिए एक समस्या है,जो मानते हैं कि अकेले सकारात्मक सोच दुनिया को नहीं बदलेगी और इसलिए इस विचार को बिल्कुल भी नही अपनाते ; हालाँकि शोध से पता चलता है कि सकारात्मक सोच का वास्तव में वैज्ञानिक आधार है।आप दुनिया को नहीं बदल सकते हैं, लेकिन आप किसी परस्तिथि में कैसा महसूस करते हैं,उस पर क्या प्रतिक्रिया करते हैं और यह आपके और दूसरों के प्रति महसूस करने के तरीके को बदल सकता है जिसके परिणामस्वरूप आपकी भलाई हो सकती है तथा आपकी जिंदगी में भारी बदलाव आ सकते है।

अब हम जान चुके है कि सकारात्मक सोच क्या है। आइए अब हम जानते है कि हम सकारात्मक रवैया अपनाने की शुरुआत कैसे शुरू कर सकते हैं:-

1. खुद पर विश्वास: – सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण के लिए सबसे महत्वपूर्ण चीज है:- खुद पर विश्वास करना।अपने अच्छे गुणों की एक सूची बनाएं और उन पर विश्वास करें। कभी भी किसी से अपनी तुलना न करें क्योंकि यहां हर कोई अपने आप में अद्वितीय है।

2. शिकायतकर्ता मत बनो: – यदि समय आपके सामने कोई चुनौती लाता है तो कभी भी उस परस्थिति के बारे में शिकायत न करें बल्कि उस समय के साथ खुद को ढाल कर उसका समाधान निकालें और यदि आप उस समय नकारात्मक हैं तो स्वयं को खोजें। यदि आप उस परस्तिथि में खुद को दूसरों से अलग कर लेते हैं तो आप कभी भी उन समस्याओं के सकारात्मक समाधान की खोज नहीं कर सकते।

3. आराम करना सीखें: – हर दिन खुद को थोड़ा समय दें और जीवन की भागदौड़ से कुछ समय निकालकर आराम करना सीखें। मानसिक और शारीरिक फिटनेस सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण के लिए बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है।

4. अपने मनोबल को प्रोत्साहित करें: – हमेशा अपना मनोबल ऊंचा रखें और खुद पर विश्वास रखें कि आप किसी भी समस्या से लड़ सकते हैं और अतीत में प्राप्त की अपनी उपलब्धियों को याद करके अपने मनोबल को बढ़ाते रहें। इसे एक दोस्त के साथ साझा करें क्योंकि उचित प्रशंसा मनोबल को बढ़ावा देने का एक बेहतरीन तरीका है।

 5. नसों और तनाव का सकारात्मक तरीके से उपयोग करना सीखें: – जब हम नर्वस होते हैं तो हमारा शरीर एड्रेनालाईन नामक एक हार्मोन रिलीज करता है जिससे हम अधिक सतर्क महसूस करते हैं। हम इस हार्मोन का उपयोग अच्छे प्रभाव के लिए कर सकते हैं। उदाहरण के लिए:- यह आपको अधिक उत्साह और तीव्रता के साथ सोचने में सक्षम बनाता है।

6. जिद्दी होना सीखें: – अगर आपको पता है कि आप कुछ अच्छा और सही कर रहे हैं तो जिद्दी होकर काम को पूरा करें और दूसरों पर अपने साथ खड़े होने का दबाव न डालें।
