Hard or Smart Work – which is better and why

There are two kinds of people in this world – those who believe in hard work and those who believe in smart work. People who believe in smart work think that even without hard work; one can reach one’s destination and lead a prosperous life. Now the question arises what is the difference between hard work and smart work? So, let us first understand the difference between these two: –
 
Hard work: – Hard work means putting a lot of time and effort into doing a certain task. The goal of hard work is quantity and after a certain time, it can be consistent and boring. Hard work involves a lot of work that is done traditionally. Using the traditional format does not involve many changes. Those people sometimes feel that they were not able to achieve their goal.

Benefits of hard work: –
-Through hard work, we gain knowledge and experience. This will help us to work smarter which means we can analyze the shortcuts to do the same thing again.
-Hard work teaches us patience and discipline.
-The result of hard work will be more attractive to us because we have worked hard to achieve it.

Disadvantages of hard work: –
-It takes a lot of time and effort.
-Hard work can be boring and monopolistic.
-If we fail even after working hard, it will be very difficult to face.

Smart Work: – Unlike hard work, smart work means spending less time to complete the equivalent work then hard work. The goal of smart work is to achieve goals with quality. Those who do smart work get better results by using non-traditional and modern methods. Smart workers achieve their goals faster through timely management.

Advantages of Smart Work: –
-Smart work is for wise persons. So, it improves our innovative and creative thinking skills.
-Smart work improves productivity.
-It teaches time management skills.
-Smart work saves a lot of time.
-Smart work forces us to focus on work as it also demands mental presence.

Disadvantages of smart work: –
-Smart work can make us lazy as we get used to do less work and get more output.
-Smart work may not give results. So, we can’t completely rely on smart work.
-In order to work smart, we first need knowledge about work which only comes with hard work and experience.

So, you may have understood the difference between hard work and smart work and what are the advantages and disadvantages of both but the thing to keep in mind here is that these two are not opposite but complementary to each other. There is no denying that people need to work hard to lay the foundation for great achievements; However, if students work smart, they can do the same amount of work quickly and efficiently. Teachers need to explain the fine line between hard work and smart work and enabling students to learn smart things. To help students to succeed in their life, teachers need to teach students both hard work and smart work. It is important to work hard first because only then students will understand in depth what they are doing and then come up with a smart plan; accordingly, but the truth is that in this fast-paced world more people tend to do smart work without doing hard work first. As a result, they can’t reach on their destination.
 
For example, when preparing for competitive exams, people spend very little time to grasp the basic knowledge and directly jump to solve the problem. Instead, they should focus more on the basics which will require hard work in the beginning but will make the process much easier and simpler later.

So, if you learn to combine hard work and smart work, you will be able to reach higher heights and lead yourself to a better life. One who works hard and diligently can get all the benefits on time and get the golden opportunity.

“स्मार्ट काम भी महत्वपूर्ण है लेकिन यह कड़ी मेहनत के लिए एक प्रतिस्थापन नहीं है।”

इस दुनिया में दो तरह के लोग हैं – एक वे जो कड़ी मेहनत पर विश्वास करते हैं और दूसरे वो लोग जो स्मार्ट काम में विश्वास करते हैं। स्मार्ट काम करने वाले लोगों का मानना ​​है कि कड़ी मेहनत के बिना भी कोई व्यक्ति अपने गंतव्य तक पहुंच सकता है और समृद्ध जीवन जी सकता है।अब सवाल यह उठता है कि कड़ी मेहनत और स्मार्ट वर्क में क्या अंतर है;तो चलिए पहले इन दोनों के अंतर को समझते हैं :-

कड़ी मेहनत :- कड़ी मेहनत का मतलब है एक निश्चित कार्य को करने में बहुत समय और मेहनत लगाना।कड़ी मेहनत का लक्ष्य मात्रा है और एक निश्चित समय के बाद यह उबाऊ हो सकता है। कड़ी मेहनत में पारंपरिक रूप से की जाने वाली मेहनत शामिल होती है। पारंपरिक प्रारूप का उपयोग करने से कोई बदलाव नहीं होते हैं।उन लोगों को कभी-कभी लगता है कि वे अपने लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने में सक्षम नहीं थे।

कड़ी मेहनत के लाभ: –
-कड़ी मेहनत के माध्यम से हम ज्ञान और अनुभव प्राप्त करते हैं। इससे हमें होशियारी से काम करने में मदद मिलेगी;जिसका अर्थ है कि हम फिर से वही काम करने के लिए शॉर्टकट का विश्लेषण कर सकते हैं।
-कड़ी मेहनत हमें धैर्य और अनुशासन सिखाती है।
-कड़ी मेहनत का परिणाम हमारे लिए अधिक आकर्षक होगा क्योंकि हमने इसे हासिल करने के लिए कठिन परिश्रम किया होता है।

मेहनत का नुकसान :-
-इसमें काफी समय और मेहनत लगती है।
-कड़ी मेहनत उबाऊ और एकाधिकार हो सकती है।
-अगर हम कड़ी मेहनत करने के बाद भी असफल होते हैं तो सामना करना बहुत मुश्किल हो जाता है।

स्मार्ट वर्क :- कड़ी मेहनत के विपरीत स्मार्ट वर्क का मतलब है कि कड़ी मेहनत के बराबर काम को पूरा करने के लिए कम समय खर्च करना। स्मार्ट वर्क का लक्ष्य गुणवत्ता के साथ लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करना है। जो लोग स्मार्ट काम करते हैं,वे गैर-पारंपरिक और आधुनिक तरीकों का उपयोग करके बेहतर परिणाम प्राप्त करते हैं।स्मार्ट कर्मचारी समय पर प्रबंधन के माध्यम से अपने लक्ष्यों को तेजी से प्राप्त करते हैं।

स्मार्ट वर्क के फायदे: –
-स्मार्ट वर्क बुद्धिमता की निशानी है। इसलिए यह हमारे अभिनव और रचनात्मक कौशल को बेहतर बनाता है।
-स्मार्ट वर्क उत्पादकता में सुधार करता है।
-यह समय प्रबंधन कौशल सिखाता है।
-स्मार्ट वर्क हमारा बहुत समय बचाता है।
-स्मार्ट काम हमें काम पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने के लिए मजबूर करता है क्योंकि यह मानसिक उपस्थिति की भी मांग करता है।
-स्मार्ट वर्क हमें आलसी बना सकता है क्योंकि हमें कम काम करने और ज्यादा आउटपुट पाने की आदत हो जाती है।
-स्मार्ट वर्क परिणाम नहीं भी दे सकता है। इसलिए हम पूरी तरह से स्मार्ट काम पर भरोसा नहीं कर सकते।
-स्मार्ट वर्क करने के लिए हमें पहले काम के बारे में ज्ञान होना चाहिए जो केवल कड़ी मेहनत और अनुभव के साथ आता है।

तो,अब आप समझ गए होंगे कि कड़ी मेहनत और स्मार्ट वर्क के बीच क्या अंतर है,दोनों के क्या फायदे और नुकसान हैं, लेकिन यहां ध्यान रखने वाली बात यह है कि ये दोनों एक दूसरे के विपरीत नहीं बल्कि पूरक हैं।  इस बात से कोई इनकार नहीं कर सकता है कि महान उपलब्धियों के लिए लोगों को नींव रखने के लिए कड़ी मेहनत करने की आवश्यकता है;  हालांकि,अगर छात्र स्मार्ट काम करते हैं, तो वे समान मात्रा में काम जल्दी और कुशलता से कर सकते हैं।  शिक्षकों को कड़ी मेहनत और स्मार्ट चीजें सीखने के लिए छात्रों को सक्षम करने के बीच की पतली रेखा को समझाने की जरूरत है। छात्रों को जीवन में सफल होने के लिए, शिक्षकों को छात्रों को कड़ी मेहनत और स्मार्ट काम दोनों का अभ्यास करने के लिए सिखाने की आवश्यकता है। पहले कठिन परिश्रम करना महत्वपूर्ण है क्योंकि तभी छात्र गहराई से समझ पाएंगे कि वे क्या कर रहे हैं और फिर उसी के अनुसार स्मार्ट योजना के साथ आते हैं, लेकिन सच्चाई यह है कि इस तेजी से भागती दुनिया में लोग स्मार्ट काम की ओर बढ़ रहे हैं। वह सफलता चाहते हैं, लेकिन पहले कड़ी मेहनत करने की कोशिश न करते , इसलिए वे अपने गंतव्य तक नहीं पहुंच पाते।

उदाहरण के लिए, प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी करते समय लोग मूल बातें सही ढंग से नहीं समझते और समस्या को हल करने के लिए कूदने में बहुत कम समय लगाते हैं। इसके बजाय उन्हें मूल बातों पर अधिक ध्यान केंद्रित करना चाहिए, जिसमें शुरुआत में कड़ी मेहनत की आवश्यकता होगी लेकिन बाद में प्रक्रिया बहुत आसान और सरल बन जाएगी।

इसलिए, यदि आप कड़ी मेहनत और स्मार्ट काम को जोड़ना सीखते हैं, तो आप उच्च ऊंचाइयों तक पहुंचने और खुद को बेहतर जीवन जीने में सक्षम होंगे।  वह जो कड़ी मेहनत और लगन से काम करता है, वह समय पर सभी लाभ प्राप्त कर सकता है और सुनहरा अवसर प्राप्त कर सकता है।
