POSITIVE THINKING – A WAY OF LIFE.

As you know yesterday, we knew what a positive attitude (http://wayachievers.com/?p=352) would be and how we can start adopting it. Readers who have not read the first part of it. Please read the first part of it (through the link) to understand it well; so that you do not have any dilemma in your mind about anything.
So today we are going to talk about what positive and negative thoughts are and how we can incorporate positive thoughts into our lives. Positive thoughts are thoughts that make us feel truly happy and prosperous. It gives us physical well-being as well as peace of mind. They fill us with a new energy; While negative thoughts badly affect our words, attitudes and behavior and lead us to failure.

Thoughts whether positive or negative are both contagious. This means that as many people as we meet in a day; We are affected from them at the most natural or subconscious level, whether it be from their thoughts or feelings. So, from now on you have to pay attention to the fact that when your thoughts are positive many of you don’t like or avoid people from whom you get negativity. This is exactly what happens to negative people; He does not like the company of positive people.
So, this is the difference between positive and negative thoughts. Let us now consider how we can make our thoughts positive: –
1.Look at your thoughts: – To make our thoughts positive, it is important that we first determine whether our own thoughts are positive or negative. To find out, think about your thoughts for the whole day for at least 10 minutes a day and if you find it difficult, write it down. See how many positive thoughts you have in a day and how many negative ones. Once you know which negative thoughts are bothering you the most, you can start working on solving the problem. For example, if you are really bothered by a coworker, talk to your boss about the problem and ask if you can be transferred to another part of the office where you do not need to talk to that coworker much.
2.Speak positive language: –There have been many studies on the subject of what a person’s language is like; That is how his thoughts become. So, get in the habit of using as many positive words as possible in your daily life. Such as: -Happy, successful, satisfied, happy, enthusiastic, motivated, agreeable, attractive, beautiful, charming, kind, perfect, creative, harmony etc.
Apart from this you can also use the following verses in your daily life: –
 – I’m feeling good
 – My life is constantly improving
 -I’m able 
 -It is possible
 – It’s within my reach  
3.Learn to be thankful: – Always be thankful to God for everything; He has given to you.  Also be thankful to anyone who helps you in any way or your family or a friend who stands by you in every good and bad time. This may sound strange to you but when you do it, you will feel inner peace.
4.Help others: – Help others as much as you can. The self-satisfaction that comes from helping someone else is not found anywhere else. Such as helping a co-worker in work when needed, giving bread to a hungry person, being kind to animals, doing self-service etc.
5.Spend time in the company of positive people: – Try to be in the company of as many positive people as possible as they become a source of inspiration for you and encourage you to move towards your destination.
6.Good care of body and mind: – Healthy body and mind are very important for positive thoughts because only if the condition of body and mind is good then he can think of good thoughts. So, to keep the body healthy, eat a balanced diet and exercise for a while every day. Take a minute or two break in between work for a while to take care of your mind and take 2-3 deep breaths during that time. Doing these will increase the energy power of your brain and it will become more active and efficient.
Finally, we end this topic by saying that some inner work is required to turn the mind towards positivity because positive attitudes and thoughts do not change overnight. So, read about this topic, think about its benefits and convince yourself to give it a try. The power of your thoughts is a powerful force that will shape your life forever. This transformation is usually subconscious, but it is possible to make the process conscious. If this sounds weird, try it out. You have nothing to lose but a lot to gain.

तो,आज हम बात करने जा रहे हैं कि सकारात्मक और नकारात्मक विचार क्या हैं और हम सकारात्मक विचारों को अपने जीवन में कैसे शामिल कर सकते हैं।सकारात्मक विचार ऐसे विचार हैं जो हमें वास्तव में खुश और समृद्ध महसूस कराते हैं | यह हमें शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य के साथ-साथ मानसिक शांति भी देता है तथा हमारे अंदर एक नई ऊर्जा भर देते हैं; जबकि नकारात्मक विचार हमारे शब्दों,दृष्टिकोण और व्यवहार को बुरी तरह से प्रभावित करते हैं और हमें असफलता और निराशा की ओर ले जाते हैं।

विचार, चाहे सकारात्मक या नकारात्मक,दोनों संक्रामक हैं | इसका मतलब है कि जो भी लोग हमे दिन में मिलते हैं;हम उन सबसे प्राकृतिक या अवचेतन स्तर पर प्रभावित होते हैं,चाहे वह उनके विचारों या भावनाओं से हो | इसलिए अब से आपको इस तथ्य पर ध्यान देना होगा कि जब आपके विचार सकारात्मक होते हैं तो आप महसूस करोगे कि आप में से बहुत से लोग ऐसे लोगों को पसंद नहीं करते या उनसे बचते हैं जिनसे आप नकारात्मकता प्राप्त करते हैं।ठीक यही नकारात्मक लोगों के साथ होता है; वह सकारात्मक लोगों की संगति को पसंद नहीं करते हैं | 

यह तो है,सकारात्मक और नकारात्मक विचारों के बीच का अंतर | आइए अब विचार करें कि हम अपने विचारों को कैसे सकारात्मक बना सकते हैं:-
1.अपने विचारों को देखें: – विचारों को सकारात्मक बनाने के लिए यह महत्वपूर्ण है कि हम पहले यह निर्धारित करें कि हमारे अपने विचार सकारात्मक हैं या नकारात्मक।यह जानने के लिए दिन भर में कम से कम 10 मिनट के लिए पूरे दिन के अपने विचारों के बारे में सोचें और अगर आपको यह मुश्किल लगता है तो इसे लिखें।देखें कि आप एक दिन में कितने सकारात्मक विचार रखते हैं और कितने नकारात्मक | एक बार जब आप जानते हैं कि कौन से नकारात्मक विचार आपको सबसे अधिक परेशान कर रहे हैं तो आप समस्या को हल करने पर काम करना शुरू कर सकते हैं।उदाहरण के लिए,यदि आप सहकर्मी से वास्तव में परेशान हैं तो इस समस्या के बारे में अपने बॉस से बात करें और पूछें कि क्या आपको कार्यालय के किसी अन्य हिस्से में स्थानांतरित किया जा सकता है,जहां आपको उस सहकर्मी से ज्यादा बात करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
2.सकारात्मक भाषा बोलें: – इस विषय पर कई अध्ययन हुए हैं कि किसी व्यक्ति की भाषा क्या है;  इसी से उनके विचार बनते हैं |इसलिए अपने दैनिक जीवन में अधिक से अधिक सकारात्मक शब्दों का उपयोग करने की आदत डालें | जैसे: – हैपी, सफल, संतुष्ट, खुश, उत्साही, प्रेरित, सहमत, आकर्षक, सुंदर, आकर्षक, दयालु, परिपूर्ण, रचनात्मक आदि।
इसके अलावा आप अपने दैनिक जीवन में निम्न श्लोकों का भी उपयोग कर सकते हैं: –
– मैं अच्छा महसूस कर रहा हूँ
– मेरी जिंदगी में लगातार सुधार हो रहा है
-मैं सक्षम हूँ |
– यह मेरी पहुंच के भीतर है  और इसी तरह और भी
3.शुक्रगुज़ार होना सीखें: – हमेशा ईश्वर का शुक्रगुज़ार रहें कि उसने जो कुछ भी आपको दिया है।  साथ ही, किसी भी तरह से आपकी मदद करने वाले या आपके परिवार या किसी मित्र के लिए आभारी रहें जो आपके हर अच्छे और बुरे समय में आपके साथ खड़ा है।यह आपको अजीब लग सकता है लेकिन जब आप ऐसा करेंगे तो आपको आंतरिक शांति महसूस होगी | 
4.दूसरों की मदद करें: – जितना हो सके दूसरों की मदद करें | किसी और की मदद करने से जो आत्म संतुष्टि मिलती है,वह कहीं और नहीं मिलती | जैसे जरूरत पड़ने पर काम में सहकर्मी की मदद करना, भूखे व्यक्ति को रोटी देना, पशुओं के प्रति दयालु होना, स्वयंसेवा करना आदि।
5.सकारात्मक लोगों की संगति करना : – जितना हो सके उतने सकारात्मक लोगों की संगति में रहने की कोशिश करें, जो आपके लिए प्रेरणा का स्रोत बनें और आपको अपनी मंजिल की ओर बढ़ने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करें।
6.शरीर और मन की देखभाल: – स्वस्थ शरीर और मन सकारात्मक विचारों के लिए बहुत महत्वपूर्ण हैं क्योंकि केवल अगर शरीर और मन की स्थिति अच्छी है तो वह अच्छे विचारों के बारे में सोच सकता है।इसलिए शरीर को स्वस्थ रखने के लिए, प्रतिदिन संतुलित आहार खाएं और व्यायाम करें  | दिमाग की देखभाल के लिए कुछ समय के लिए काम के बीच में एक या दो मिनट की ब्रेक लें और उस दौरान 2-3 गहरी सांसें लें। ऐसा करने से आपके मस्तिष्क की ऊर्जा शक्ति बढ़ेगी और यह संतुलित होकर अधिक सक्रिय हो जाएगा।
अंत में हम यह कहते हुए इस विषय को समाप्त करते हैं कि मन को सकारात्मकता की ओर मोड़ने के लिए कुछ आंतरिक कार्यों की आवश्यकता है क्योंकि सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण और विचार रातों रात नहीं बदलते हैं।इसलिए इस विषय के बारे में पढ़ें तथा इसके लाभों के बारे में सोचें।अपने आप को समझाने की कोशिश करो | आपके विचारों की शक्ति एक शक्तिशाली शक्ति है जो आपके जीवन को हमेशा के लिए आकार देगी | यह परिवर्तन आमतौर पर अवचेतन होता है लेकिन इस प्रक्रिया को जागरूक करना संभव है।यदि यह अजीब लगता है तो इसे आज़माएं।आपके पास खोने के लिए कुछ नहीं है, लेकिन बहुत कुछ हासिल करने के लिए है।
