Self-Confidence means: -feeling confident in oneself and one’s abilities; Not arrogantly but in a realistic and safe way. Faith is not about feeling superior to others. This is a quiet inner knowledge, which one is capable of. Everyone lacks faith in something. Not everyone is perfect; Even if he/she is giving a talk in front of the class, taking part in a big competition etc. People lack the confidence that is needed to enjoy the life. Faith is optimism which leads to great achievements. Nothing can be done without hope and faith. This is true because if one does not have confidence in oneself, one can never achieve anything or go beyond what one wants to do.
Self-Confidence is a combination of a state of mind and a strong sense of confidence that is commonly used when one needs one’s own confidence. Especially in one’s personal judgement, power, ability etc. It is the voice that comes within yourself and encourages you to do something.
In today’s age, there is no place for those who lack self-confidence because everywhere is very high competition now. An infinite number of people are involved in this race, and many are using confidence as a ladder to achieve their goals. For students, trust plays an important part in their school life. Self-confidence creates greater chances of success. Some people have so much confidence that they are not afraid to do anything. On the other hand, some are just the opposite and are afraid of being judged or ridiculed by others. Self-confidence cannot be taught but it can be achieved by the person when they decide to believe in themselves.  To gain self-confidence, one needs to believe that they can do things on their own. It cannot be accomplished overnight but it does get stronger over the time. Faith helps us to feel ready for life’s experiences. When we have confidence, we are more likely to move forward with people and opportunities and not to lag behind them and if things don’t work out first; confidence helps us to try again.
Self-Confident people have certain qualities that are not seen in ordinary people. No matter what situation they are in, they do not doubt their own abilities and take advantage of every situation. Be prepared for everyday challenges and adopt the concept of “I can” instead of “I can’t”.


Importance of Self-Confidence: –What is the effect of self-confidence on our life? We know this from its importance. So let us discuss its importance in our life: –

1.Assist in Self-Development: –Anyone who has developed this ability within himself/herself enjoy various facilities and continues to develop himself (http://wayachievers.com/?p=361).When you face failure in your life, it helps you to focus on the places that put you down. It gives your brain a spark to improve and excel in the next endeavor. If you lack the required skills at the time, chances are more that you will be pessimistic. Lack of self-confidence can be the cause of your sadness and dissatisfaction. When you lack confidence; the simple tasks of daily life seem challenging.

2.Complete difficult tasks: –Self-Confidence teaches us to believe in ourselves. When a person has confidence in himself, he can easily complete even seemingly impossible tasks.

3.Satisfaction with life: –The more self-confident a person is the happier and more satisfied (http://wayachievers.com/?p=366) he is with his life.

4.Freedom from fear and anxiety: – Self-Confidence eliminates fear and anxiety from person’s mind because he knows that he can fight with any trouble that comes in his way.

5.Achieving lofty goals: –Only those people in their life achieve lofty goals who have full confidence in their abilities.

In this way we see that self-confidence is a quality that we sometimes have to struggle with to keep up with us in every aspect of life, but it is entirely up to us whether we have our own ability to believe it or not. As Mark Twain once said, “The worst loneliness is that you don’t feel good about yourself.” Being happy with yourself is the key to achieving and enjoying life. So, start your journey with believing in yourself first.

आत्मविश्वासी लोगों में कुछ ऐसे गुण होते हैं जो सामान्य लोगों में नहीं देखे जाते हैं। चाहे वे किसी भी स्थिति में हों,वे अपनी क्षमताओं पर संदेह नहीं करते हैं और हर स्थिति का लाभ उठाते हैं। रोजमर्रा की चुनौतियों के लिए तैयार रहते हैं और “मैं नहीं कर सकता” के बजाय “मैं कर सकता हूं” की अवधारणा को अपनाते हैं।


आत्म-विश्वास का महत्व :-हमारे जीवन पर आत्मविश्वास का क्या प्रभाव है?  हम इसे इसके महत्व से जानते हैं इसलिए आइए हम अपने जीवन में इसके महत्व पर विचार करें: –

1.आत्म-विकास में सहायता :-जिस किसी ने भी अपने भीतर यह क्षमता विकसित की है;वह विभिन्न सुविधाओं का आनंद लेता है और अपने आप को विकसित (http://wayachievers.com/?p=361)करना जारी रखता है।जब आप अपने जीवन में असफलता का सामना करते हैं तो यह आपको उन जगहों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने में मदद करता है जो आपको नीचे रखती हैं। यह आपके मस्तिष्क को अगले प्रयास में सुधार और उत्कृष्ट बनाने के लिए एक चिंगारी देता है। यदि आपके पास इस समय आवश्यक कौशल की कमी है तो संभावना है कि आप निराशावादी होंगे। आत्मविश्वास की कमी आपकी उदासी और असंतोष का कारण हो सकती है। जब आपके पास आत्मविश्वास की कमी होती है तो दैनिक जीवन के सरल कार्य चुनौतीपूर्ण लगते हैं।

3.जीवन से संतुष्टि :- किसी व्यक्ति में जितना अधिक आत्मविश्वास होता है, वह अपने जीवन में उतना ही अधिक खुश और संतुष्ट (http://wayachievers.com/?p=366) रहता है।

4.भय और चिंता से मुक्ति :- आत्मविश्वास व्यक्ति के अंदर से भय और चिंता को समाप्त कर देता है,क्योंकि वह जानता है कि वह किसी भी मुसीबत से लड़ सकता है, जो कि उसके रास्ते में आती है।

5.बुलंद लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करना :- केवल वही लोग अपने जीवन में उच्च लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करते हैं; जिन्हें अपनी क्षमताओं पर पूरा भरोसा होता है।

इस तरह हम देखते हैं कि आत्मविश्वास एक ऐसा गुण है, जिसे हमें कभी-कभी जीवन के हर पहलू में बनाए रखने के लिए संघर्ष करना पड़ता है, लेकिन यह पूरी तरह से हमारे ऊपर है कि हमारे में अपनी क्षमता है कि हम इस पर विश्वास करें या नहीं। मार्क ट्वेन ने एक बार कहा था, “सबसे खराब अकेलापन वह है जब आप अपने बारे में अच्छा महसूस नहीं करते हैं।” अपने आप से खुश रहना जीवन को प्राप्त करने और आनंद लेने की कुंजी है और इसके लिए पहले खुद पर विश्वास करना शुरू करें।
